Jan Söderqvist skriver i SvD om Date Movie:
“Att Date movie fÃ¥r nÃ¥got betyg alls är nÃ¥got av en skymf mot alldeles vanliga filmer som bara rÃ¥kar vara väldigt dÃ¥liga. Detta lama försök till drift med romantiska komedier avslöjar nämligen hittills oanade och verkligt otäcka dimensioner av uselhet, en infernalisk begÃ¥vningsbrist som kan fÃ¥ även den spralligaste spjuver att fullständigt tappa livslusten.”
